No Data Collection

Garten Kalender does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or to third parties.

The app has no networking code and communicates with no server. The 17 school-garden plants and their phenological data are embedded in the app; everything works offline.

Data on Your Device

Your observations and garden entries are stored locally using SwiftData. They never leave the device and are removed when you delete the app.

Notifications

For seasonal reminders the app asks permission to send notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on the device; no push service is used.

Further Permissions

The app additionally declares permissions for the camera (observation photos) and the calendar (adding phenological events). If granted, the relevant content is processed locally only; the app does not transmit it. You can revoke the permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

No Analytics or Advertising

The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising libraries, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. No user tracking takes place.

Apple App Store

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device-related data under its own privacy policy, available at: apple.com/privacy
