No Data Collection

Wasser Lab does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or to third parties.

The app has no networking code and communicates with no server. The parameters and assessment thresholds are embedded in the app; all evaluations work offline.

Measurements and Reports

Your water samples and measurements are stored locally using SwiftData. The PDF report is generated on-device and is only passed on if you send it yourself through the iOS share sheet.

Declared Permissions

The app declares permissions for the camera (colour analysis and evidence photos), the photo library (an image as an alternative to the camera), and location (rough assignment of sampling sites). If granted, the corresponding data is processed on-device only; the app does not transmit it. Every permission can be revoked in iOS Settings.

No Analytics or Advertising

The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising libraries, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. No user tracking takes place.

Apple App Store

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device-related data under its own privacy policy, available at: apple.com/privacy
