Immoneural — iOS App by Arnold Wender
No Collection by the Developer
Immoneural transmits no personal data to Wender Media. There is no developer-operated server, no analytics service, and no third-party SDK; the app relies exclusively on Apple services (iCloud, App Store).
Defect descriptions, photos, signatures, deadlines, and the generated PDF documents are created on your device and remain under your control.
Storage on Device and in Your iCloud
The app stores its data on the device using SwiftData. If iCloud is active on the device, SwiftData syncs through the private CloudKit database of your own Apple account (container iCloud.com.wendermedia.immoneural). The developer has no access to that private database. Without iCloud the app continues to work purely locally.
Sharing with a Property Manager
When you actively share a complaint, the app publishes a reduced record for the recipient you choose via Apple CloudKit sharing (CKShare). This happens only on your explicit action, and the share can be revoked again inside the app.
Camera
The app asks for camera access so you can photograph defects directly. Photos are attached to the respective case locally. To pick existing images the app uses the iOS photo picker, which requires no access to your library.
Microphone and Speech Recognition
For dictating the defect description the app asks for microphone and speech-recognition access. Transcription runs on-device on your iPhone (the recogniser is explicitly set to on-device mode in the code); the audio is never transmitted to a server.
PDF Documents and Sharing
The app generates all PDF documents locally and hands them to the iOS share sheet or your mail app. You alone decide recipient, timing, and content; the app never sends anything on its own.
Notifications and Live Activities
Deadline reminders and the Lock Screen status display (Live Activity) are scheduled and updated locally on the device. No push service is used for them.
Subscriptions
Licences are handled by Apple through StoreKit 2 and verified on-device. Payment and billing data is processed exclusively by Apple; the developer receives no payment data.
No Analytics or Advertising
The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising libraries, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. No user tracking takes place.
Apple App Store
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device-related data under its own privacy policy, available at: apple.com/privacy
