OPRepKit transmits no personal data to Wender Media. There is no provider server, no analytics service, no advertising and no third-party SDK. The app contains no networking code that sends content anywhere.
Contacts, clinics, appointments, surgical cases, deals, consignment stock and voice notes are stored locally with SwiftData on your iPhone or iPad. There is no sync between devices — the data never leaves the device you entered it on. Back it up through your regular device backup.
The camera is used only when you actively scan an implant label. The app opens the iOS document scanner (VisionKit) for this. Text recognition runs on device; the capture is neither stored nor transmitted.
Business cards are chosen through the iOS photo picker. It runs outside the app, so OPRepKit never gains access to your whole library — only to the single image you pick. Processing happens on device with the Vision framework, and the recognised details land solely in the app's own local contact record, never in your iOS address book.
For voice notes on visit reports the app asks for microphone and speech recognition access. The recording is kept locally and the transcription runs on device. No audio is sent to a server.
With your permission the app writes weekly-plan blocks to your iOS calendar. It deliberately carries over no medical content and no patient or clinic detail — only generic titles such as “OPRepKit: OP”.
In-app purchases run through Apple's StoreKit 2. Payment and billing data is processed exclusively by Apple; the provider receives no payment data. The app only records locally whether Pro status is active.
The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising libraries and no tracking pixels. There is no App Tracking Transparency tracking, and no data is shared with third parties.
The app is downloaded through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device-related data under its own privacy policy, which you can find at: apple.com/legal/privacy
You can delete all data in the app at any time. Since nothing is stored off the device, uninstalling the app removes every record completely.
