No collection by the provider

anamnese transmits no data to Wender Media. There is no provider server, no analytics service, no advertising and no third-party SDK. The app contains no networking code at all — nothing can leave the device.

For an app that records complaints and medical history that is the whole point: your entries are sent nowhere, because there is no anywhere.

Stored on your device only

Symptoms, diary entries, medication, prior conditions and the 15 structured chapters are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. There is no sync via iCloud or any other service. Back your data up through your regular encrypted device backup.

Apple Health

With your explicit permission the app reads values from Apple Health to fill your diary automatically, and can write entries back. Which data types are shared is entirely your choice in the Health app, and you can revoke each one there at any time. Health data does not leave the device through this app.

Camera and photos

You can photograph findings, skin images or doctor's letters, or pick them from your photo library, and attach them to an entry. The images stay in the app on your device and are not transmitted.

Microphone and speech recognition

For dictating diary entries the app asks for microphone and speech recognition access. The transcription runs on device; the audio is never sent to a server.

Face ID

You can lock the app with Face ID or your device passcode. iOS performs the biometric check; the app only learns whether it succeeded, and never receives biometric data.

PDF for your appointment

The clinical PDF is generated locally on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Recipient, timing and content are entirely yours to decide; the app sends nothing on its own.

Not a medical device

anamnese is not a medical device under the MDR. It documents and organises — it does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not replace professional medical advice. The same notice appears inside the app.

No tracking, no advertising

The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising libraries and no tracking pixels. There is no App Tracking Transparency tracking, and no data is shared with third parties.

Apple App Store

The app is downloaded through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect device-related data under its own privacy policy, which you can find at: apple.com/legal/privacy

Your rights

You can delete every entry in the app at any time. Since nothing is stored off the device, uninstalling removes all data completely. Health permissions are revoked in Apple's Health app.
